Welcome to Limousin Photography

This course is specifically designed to combine the art of digital photography with a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Limousin region of France. Paul a professional photographer for over twenty years will be with you to provide one to one tuition throughout the week. You will be amazed at how much you can learn in a week! It's all so easy with Paul's expert tuition, learning macro, landscape, architecture and water photography. You will discover a wealth of subjects to inspire you from thundering water cascades, medieval villages, to the smallest plant. Take a look at our course members gallery to see a selection of their images. The light is fantastic in France and was the inspiration for the great impressionists. You can even follow in the footsteps of Richard the Lionheart. 'La Plantade', Meilhards, is the base of the course.

Discover the best that France has to offer in this lush, green rolling landscape. The atmosphere is quiet,
unrushed and friendly. This is why the Limousin is comparable to the English Lake District.

Accommodation and all meals are included at 'La Plantade', a traditional Limousin farmhouse set in 2 acres
of its own land in the beautiful rural countryside surrounded by forests, lakes and stunning unspoiled scenery.

In the event that 'La Plantade' is fully booked you will stay at neighbouring farm cottages, all on our doorstep.

Travelling to us is easy via RyanAir and FlyBe with direct, low cost flights from a number of UK airports direct
into Limoges.

We will pick you up and transport you to your accommodation and arrange all transfers to many varied and interesting locations throughout the week. Lunch is provided each day on the shoot locations.

After dinner on Friday you will be presented with an A3 exhibition print of your choice from the week.
