Terms
and Conditions for Limousin Photography Course.
INSURANCE
Clients must ensure that they have insurance for all eventualities, including
loss or damage of personal items, medical and accident emergencies and travel. TRAVEL
Clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Limousin Photography
is not liable for any losses incurred due to cancelled or delayed flights, or
loss of luggage.
Please note: If you are planning to travel via FlyBe please
be aware that in our experience travellers to the Limousin are often delayed on
their flights anywhere up to 4 hrs. If you have alternative routes that you could
take we would strongly recommend that you do so. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is provided in traditional, fully refurbished stone gites. Based
on double or twin rooms with separate bathroom facilities and fully equipped kitchens
and dining/living areas. Private gardens with BBQ and garden furniture. It is
the Client's responsibility to treat all accommodations with respect and leave
clean and tidy. Limousin Photography has a personal relationship with the alternate
accommodations and will assist if there are any queries. Bedrooms are allocated
on a first come first serve basis.
Hotel accommodation is based on a minimum
of 2** accommodation in either a twin or double room with en suite facilities
in hotels of approximately 30 rooms. You will be advised if there are any changes.
Continental breakfast is included. BOOKING
Clients must pay a deposit of £100 at the time of booking with the balance
due eight weeks prior to arrival. The Client should allow four working days for
payments by BACS. Prices current for 2008. Bookings are confirmed by 'Receipt
of Payment'. CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation by the Client more than eight weeks prior to
arrival a full refund will be made on monies paid. If the Client cancels less
than eight weeks prior to arrival no refund will be made on monies paid. In
the event that Limousin Photography cancels the booking a full refund will be
made to the Client of any monies paid for the course but not for any expenses
incurred for travel plans. FORCE
MAJEURE EVENT Force
Majeure Event. No default, delay or failure to perform on the part of either party
shall be considered a breach of the Agreement if such default, delay or failure
to perform is shown to be due entirely to an event of force majeure, severe weather,
fire, earthquakes, acts of God or the public enemy or default of a common carrier,
always provided that the party so relieved of its obligations shall take reasonable
steps to prevent, correct or amend such act or event which renders such obligations
impossible. EQUIPMENT
Clients will be liable for any damage or loss caused to any equipment
they hire or use that is the property of Limousin Photography. Hired equipment
must be returned to Limousin Photography at the end of every day. Limousin Photography
is not liable for any damage or loss to Client's personal items. ITINERARIES
Limousin Photography has the right to change the itinerary at any time. Where
possible, every effort will be made to inform the Client prior to any changes
being made. FOOD
& DRINK Breakfast, lunch and evening meals with wine will be provided
during the week. Clients must inform Limousin Photography of any special dietary
requirements or allergies, i.e. nut or wheat allergies.
Some refreshments
will be provided during the week but additional drinks are the Client's responsibility.
Tea & coffee is unlimited. One bottle of wine per 4 people at dinner. Clients
may wish to consider a restuarnt reservation or proving themselves with a light
supper on Sunday and Tuesday evenings. SMOKING
Smoking is permitted within the grounds of La Plantade and gardens but not
in the accommodation or vehicles. Clients are requested to consider other guests
and the gardens when smoking. GROUNDS
Clients are required to treat all areas of La Plantade and alternative accommodations
with respect. Any damage deemed to be unreasonable by Limousin Photography will
result in the Client being liable. |
